| P.R. Herzig & Co.'s founder, Philip Herzig, instilled in
the firm a strong culture of ethics, often reminding
colleagues that the firm's business is built on trust.
In keeping with that culture, Thomas Herzig, president,
became an early CFA charterholder, in 1982.
Since then the firm has strongly encouraged all
investment professionals to obtain the CFA
designation, which involves three or more years of
rigorous study and requires us to place our clients'
interests before our own.
We go beyond minimum compliance with government rules
and regulations. As CFA charterholders and candidates,
we adhere to the most stringent code of ethics in the
investment industry.
